Executive Coordinator to CEO

Responsibilities
• Convert CEO instructions into clear, actionable tasks
• Assign tasks and follow up with teams to ensure execution
• Track multiple projects and highlight delays early
• Coordinate between departments (Sales, Support, Development, HR,
Operations, etc.)
• Organize meetings and ensure action items are completed
• Maintain clear communication between CEO and all teams
• Manage daily priorities and keep work aligned with goals
• Ensure no task is missed or left untracked
• Identify project delays early and take corrective action
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and clear reporting
