Software Support

Responsibilities
• Log and manage client issues (POS, billing, orders, inventory)
• Document tasks with complete details, screenshots, and videos
• Track tasks from testing to final resolution
• Provide daily support for restaurant and bakery operations
• Resolve issues in POS, order flow, kitchen workflow, and billing
• Fix errors in menu items, pricing, deals, and orders
• Ensure smooth dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations
• Handle inventory issues like stock mismatch and recipes
• Understand Business Expert workflows and continuously improve system handling
• Communicate with clients, provide clear updates, and ensure timely follow-ups
Required Skills
• Understanding of restaurant and bakery operations
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Ability to perform under pressure, especially during peak hours
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client issues simultaneously
• Experience with Technosys Business Expert will be a strong plus
