Key Responsibilities:
* Strong understanding of supermarket operations and retail business workflows.
* Manage and support core retail processes including inventory, procurement, supply chain, and audit.
* Configure and support supermarket ERP/software systems based on client requirements.
* Assist in deployment, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
* Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth system implementation.
* Support operational alignment between business processes and software systems.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in supermarket environment or retail ERP systems.
* Strong understanding of retail operations and business workflows.
* Experience with inventory and supply chain processes.
* Preference for candidates with experience in Business Expert ERP or similar systems.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
